Indian Army

It is divided into 7 commands, which are as  follows,

  •  Northern CommandUdhampur – headed by Lt Gen Yogesh Kumar Joshi from 01-02-2020
  • Western Command – Chandimandir – headed by Lt Gen Ravendra Pal Singh from 01-08-2019
  • Central Command – Lucknow – headed by Lt Gen Iqroop Singh Ghuman from 01-10-2019
  • Eastern Command – Kolkata – headed by  Lt Gen Anil Chauhan from 01-09-2019
  • Southern Command – Pune – headed by  Lt Gen Chandi Prasad Mohanty from 31-01-2019
  • South-Western Command – Jaipur – headed by Lt Gen Alok Singh Kler  from 01-09-2019
  • Training Command – Shimla – headed by  Lt Gen Pattacheruvanda C. Thimayya  from 01-11-2018

Indian Airforce 

It is divided into 7 commands, which are as follows,

  • Central Air Command – Allahabad – headed by Air Marshal Rajesh Kumar from 01-01-2019
  • Eastern Air CommandShillong – headed by Air Marshal Rajiv Dayal Mathur from 01-03-2019
  • Southern Air Command – Thiruvananthapuram- headed by Air Marshal Amit Tiwari from 01-11-2019
  • South-Western Air Command – Gandhinagar – headed by Air Marshal Surendra Kumar Ghotia  from 01-10-2019
  • Western Air CommandDelhi – headed by Air Marshal Balakrishnan Suresh from 01-11-2019
  • Training Command – Bangalore- headed by  Air Marshal Arvindra Singh Butola  from 14-10-2019
  • Maintenance Command – Nagpur – headed by  Air Marshal Shashiker Choudhary from 01-01-2020

Indian Navy 

It is divided into 3 command, which are as follows,

  • Western Naval Command – Mumbai – headed by Vice Admiral Ajith Kumar from 01-01-2019
  • Eastern Command – Vizag – headed by Vice Admiral Atul Kumar Jain from 01-06-2019
  • Southern Command – Kochi – headed by Vice Admiral Anil Kumar Chawla from 30-07-2018
