Moments of Meditation

It is said… with every breath, you tend to lose the old moments and a new moment arrives. When we exhale, we let go of the old moments. It no more stays with us. At the same time, we also let go of the person we used to be just a while ago. When we inhale, we inhale the new energy and breathe at the moment. In that process, we accept the person we are becoming. When we repeat this cycle of inhaling new energies and exhaling the old moments out in sync with the seven chakras of our body is called Meditation, the renewal, and This is Life.

Meditation and spirituality is a way to live life routinely with values and etiquettes. The more regularly and deeply you will meditate, the sooner you will find yourself acting always from a center of peace. When you know how to regulate your breath you automatically can regulate the energies and vibes around you. Hence you attain the ultimate peace in your life. And that’s an essential thing for the survival of mankind.

Meditation is intentional, a methodical human pursuit which is not about trying to improve ourselves or get anywhere else, but simply to realize where we are, who we truly are and accepting us the way we are. The vision will become clearer and better when you learn to look at the surrounding keeping your heart and mind synchrony with each other.

Instead of always saying “Let it go,” we should probably learn to say ourself “Let it be”. This helps an individual mind to recognizes that the problem might not go away without solving it, and it allows you to form a healthier relationship with what’s bothering you by acknowledging it and not running away from it. Ignorance is temporary but acceptance is permanent. You may ignore things for a while but in the long run, it will continue to disturb you, hence accept the way it is. Be it an individual, a situation, or you. Accept it and pay attention to the beauty surrounding you.

Ever wondered why so easily the rain breaks into a house with a bad roof because it is weak, the same way the rain of desires breaks into the mind of those who have not been practicing meditation and fills it with greed, jealousy, and all the kinds of negative thoughts around. Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless, and flexible – like water. Pour water into a cup, it becomes the cup, pour water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle, you put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Be like water, my friends.

Sit down, close your eyes, get in a comfortable position, and whatever happens, happens. If you think about it, it stays. If you don’t think, you simply don’t get bothered about it. Don’t put any effort into it don’t be hard at yourself. Learn to accept, be at peace, and love your existence. Love Yourself and Meditate every single day. Not once in a while but every single day.
